- Engage with potential and existing customers through various channels to explain product features, benefits, and terms.
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Ensuring continued & professional relationship with customers.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and report sales progress to management regularly.
- Gather customer feedback, address inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
- Deliver exceptional service by understanding and anticipating customer needs.
- Certificate in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration.
- Around 1 to 2 years of experience with preference in a relevant role.
- Prior experience in Sales.
