Roles and Responsibilities:
As a digital marketing specialist, you will be bestowed with the following responsibilities -
- Consumer & Market Insights: Stay current with industry and user trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies and use it to create a full stack marketing strategy.
- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans across various channels (social media, email, website, SEO, SEM, etc.) aligned with business objectives.
- Content Production and Optimization: Work closely with marketing agencies to produce engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, including website, social media, blog posts, and email campaigns. Optimize content for SEO and user engagement.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence with our marketing agency by creating, curating, and scheduling content, interacting with followers, and monitoring trends and conversations.
- Events Planning: Drive traffic and order growth from events by working with pricing, in-app design, CRM, digital marketing and brand teams
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content for search engines, conduct keyword research, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Paid Advertising Campaigns: Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media ads. Monitor budgets, analyze performance, and make data-driven adjustments.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key business metrics like traffic and user growth along with digital marketing metrics and provide regular performance reports and insights.Track the campaign efficiency and robust implementations from learning.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content, central marketing, product and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and a unified customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 4+ years as a Digital Marketing / Growth Manager in a consulting/e-commerce
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus. Master’s is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
- Strong creative and copy writing skills with an eye for detail and design.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-based decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
