We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing and branding initiatives across all our diverse business sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with the Group's overall vision and objectives, driving brand awareness and market share across all business units.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity.
- Leverage market research to develop targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including online (website, social media), offline (print, events, PR), and in-store marketing.
- Oversee the management and optimization of the Group's Multi Brand Showroom network, ensuring a consistent brand experience and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Manage and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including construction companies, contractors, dealers, distributors, and brand partners.
- Lead a high-performing marketing team, providing coaching, mentorship, and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget for all business units, ensuring efficient resource allocation and return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the construction materials or related industry (e.g., steel cement, paints).
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive sales growth and brand awareness.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies, with expertise in digital marketing and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, ability to motivate and inspire a team, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Deep understanding of the Nepalese construction industry, dealer network management, and connections with construction companies and contractors.
- Fluency in English and Nepali, with additional language skills a plus.
