HR Business Partner, London, Permanent, c£80,000 with excellent benefits
Our client is a leading, forward-thinking global organisation with a clear mission to drive positive environmental impact. Due to a period of growth and development they are now seeking a HR Business Partner to join their London based team.
This a brand-new role which will report into the People Director and present a unique opportunity to drive the people agenda within a dynamic, purpose-driven environment. Forming part of a small team and working alongside the People Director and HR Operations Manager you will help to strengthen People operations and align them with the businesses broader organisational goals.
This role will play a critical part in enhancing the organisations HR capabilities, driving effective processes, and ensuring that the people agenda supports business objectives whilst embedding HR processes across all aspects of the people agenda including policy, performance management, talent acquisition and retention, and reward and onboarding. The role will focus on partnering stakeholders, coaching managers and fostering a high-performance culture that supports the businesses growth and objectives.
You are a solid HR Business Partner who is self-motivated, commercially minded, politically astute, agile and capable of navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment. With your strong communication and leadership development skills you will have the ability to confidently engage with senior leaders, challenge ideas, and influence decision-making.
A true HR Generalist you will have a proven track record of transforming, embedding and managing HR processes in growth-oriented organisations where you have supported the ambitions of expert and specialist employees by guiding them through a comprehensive HR journey, educating them on key HR principles while empowering them to thrive within their respective fields.
Ideally, you will have excellent academic credentials, with a broad and expansive learning outlook and a strong purpose and values-based approach.
