Commitment
The E-Commerce Executive will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day management and trading of the Caramel global site.
Reporting into the Digital Director you will assist with product and content management, reporting, site checks and troubleshooting in line with the trade calendar and wider business initiatives and launches.
We are looking for a proactive candidate, organised, passionate about the industry and eager to learn and grow with the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Digital Director with the management and maintenance of the Caramel website.
- Lead product creation and catalogue management across the site and other sales channels.
- Responsible for daily site checks and comprehensive category checks, ensuring the accuracy of content displayed and smooth end-to-end usability
- Support the Digital Director with rolling-out implementing content on site, liaising with the broader team to ensure site content is planned, briefed and executed on time.
- Visually merchandise the website based on data, popularity, newness and aesthetic.
- As part of the seasonal collection launch process, lead e-commerce image creation with the support of freelance photographers and contractors.
- Support the team with data reporting including insights for weekly and monthly trade meetings as well as ad-hoc requests.
- Support the team with day-to-day requests from external agencies and assist with the management of always-on paid marketing activity and campaigns.
- Assist with content and audience management across social channels.
- Assist with supporting e-commerce customers with their inquiries.
The Candidate
- Up to 2 years work experience required.
- Eager to learn new skills and knowledge across e-commerce and luxury industries.
- Prior experience with Shopify desirable.
- Strong copywriting skills desirable.
- Excel and Google Analytics experience desirable.
- Comfortable using data for insights, and understands the importance of adjusting strategic direction based on findings.
- Stakeholder management skills - enjoys working with different cross-functional teams.
