Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires, including paperwork, training logistics, and introduction to company policies.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, performance management, and HR analytics.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling inquiries from employees.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role, preferably in the SaaS or AI industry.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
