Job Description:
Kalyan Jewellers India Limited is seeking an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping employees achieve their professional goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective training programs, including orientation sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and develop training plans accordingly.
- Create training materials, manuals, and presentations.
- Deliver engaging training sessions using various training methods and techniques.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with company goals and objectives.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an L&D Trainer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate employees.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and learning management systems (LMS).
- Certification in Training and Development (e.g., CIPD, ASTD) is a plus.
