Key Job Responsibilities
- New Product and process development to fuel category growth and reformulation of existing products to achieve margin improvement through innovation and consumer satisfaction
- Lead disruptive innovation process to develop products “FIRST to the market” and thus create competitive advantage
- Lead team to create the concept and demonstrate the same in “Road Show”
- Create future pipeline of products in Premium category and manage the same till commercialization
- Thorough understanding of scale up process and execution
- Lead Technology transfer
- Partnership building with Vendors, Business Partners etc and recommend next phase of technology (jointly)
- Thorough understanding of functions of Ingredients, Product costing etc.
- Lead and manage Specification Management process related to the category
- Leading team in HACCP, Food Safety, Product stability and Adherence to Regulation culture
- Driving the category through collaboration with all stakeholders and ensure smooth functioning of development and execution process
- Developing High Performance Team through coaching and guidance

Experience in Bakery Biscuit & Cookies Craker is preferred
Education Qualification
Masters in Food Science or Engineering discipline (Food Science and Technology)
Experience (in years)
15 - 20 Years of Experience (in Product Development or R&D function in Foods / Bev Company).
Stakeholders (Internal)
Functional Heads and other Category Leads of R&D and Quality, Marketing, Procurement, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, HRBP etc.
