About The Role
We are recruiting for an Entrepreneurship Advisor to join our team to cover maternity leave from November 2024 to 30th September 2025. This role is available as a Fixed-Term Contract, or as an internal secondment for current UCL staff.
The Entrepreneurship Advisor will work closely with startups in the UCL Hatchery incubator programme. They will lead on the mentor initiative, build relationships with our Hatchery alumni and deliver 1:1 support sessions to early-stage startups.
This role will play an invaluable part in our team that develops and delivers extracurricular entrepreneurship support across UCL.
The role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 60% (3-days per week) on site, based at our offices in King's Cross.
Interviews will be held in person at our offices in King's Cross on Wednesday 20th October.

About You
We are searching for a maternity cover candidate who understands the entrepreneurship incubation journey, especially the needs of early-stage startups. The successful candidate will be a highly organised individual, with a professional attitude, and a drive to support early-stage startups.
You will have a solid understanding of how to support both businesses and founders to grow. You will have a strong understanding of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and have excellent communication skills to build relationships with a large range of stakeholders.
