Job Responsibilities:
Induction & Onboarding:
- Coordinate and conduct employee induction and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Prepare onboarding materials, ensure compliance with onboarding protocols, and introduce new employees to company policies and procedures.
Background Verification:
- Manage and coordinate the background verification process for all new hires, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Liaise with third-party verification agencies to ensure compliance with company standards.
HRIS Management:
- Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring all employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage and extract data from systems like PeopleStrong and SAP to generate reports, track employee information, and support HR analytics.
HR Process Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with audits and ensure all HR documents and systems are compliant with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably with experience in induction, onboarding, and HRIS management.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
