Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to gather input, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.
- Develop detailed product requirements, specifications, and user stories to guide the development process.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, effectively translating business requirements into actionable tasks.
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to ensure smooth development processes and timely product releases.
- Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate on product features to optimize user experience and product performance.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product's functionality, capabilities, and technical aspects to provide informed support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
- Monitor key product metrics and analyze data to track the success of launched products and identify areas for improvement.
Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of dedicated product management experience in the consumer internet industry
- A total of 5+ years of professional experience, showcasing a well-rounded understanding of the business landscape.
- Preferably from a Tier-I Institute.
- Experience in gathering and translating customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Strong customer focus, analytical and data-driven decision-making
- Creative, resourceful,detail-oriented, highly organized and hands-on ability to work under pressure & deliver tangible business impact in time-critical situations
- Well-versed in data analysis
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related field of study. A Master's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, not mandatory
