Job Description:-
This position would be responsible for:
1. Product portfolio management which includes product profitability, product competitiveness and New product introduction. 2. Contribution planning and ensuring competitiveness in the market place 3. Tracking customers needs and expectations on a continuous basis and developing plans for addressing them 4. Develop & deliver value proposition. Work across functions to deliver value proposition, track performance and take course corrections. 5. Tracking and improving CSI and work on OFIs with CFT 6. Go To market Plan for new product offerings and for product revival 7. Process alignment: Institutionalize processes for product mgmt. 8. Competitor tracking for benchmarking and competitiveness in the market place
Requisite Qualification
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
Requisite Experience
Essential 8 Years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Design for Degree in Engineering
4-6 Years of experience Sales / Marketing / Design for Degree in Engineering with Full time MBA
