Responsibilities
- Quality Checks: Inspect construction work and materials to ensure they meet standards.
- Compliance: Ensure all work follows regulations and project specifications.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed logs of inspections and quality control activities.
- Issue Management: Identify problems and work with teams to solve them.
- Training: Train field staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work with contractors and suppliers to maintain quality.
- Testing Oversight: Supervise testing of materials to ensure they are up to standard.
Qualifications
BE / B-Tech in civil engineering from a reputable institute with 6 to 8 Years
Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputable institute with 8 to 12 Years
Professional Qualification (Desired)
- ISO certification in Internal Audit / Lead Audit is desirable.
- Six Sigma Certification
- Lean construction methodology
