Metro Market is a dynamic retail brand located all across Kathmandu, known for its wide range of products, excellent service, and lively shopping experience. We are looking for a talented and creative individual to join our marketing team as a Social Media Content Designer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging social media content (graphics, photos, videos) to showcase Metro Market’s products and promotions across platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to post regular updates on offers, discounts, and new arrivals.
- Boost social media posts through paid advertising, optimizing reach and engagement.
- Capture high quality photos and videos during Metro Market events and in store activities, showcasing the store's vibrant atmosphere.
- Design promotional materials such as standees, flex banners, posters, and other print collateral for in store promotions.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and bring creative ideas to enhance the brand’s online presence.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or holding a degree in a related field (Graphic Design, Marketing, or similar).
- Experience with social media platforms and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team.
