Job Purpose:
Responsible to support the implementation of the bank’s initiatives related to Card and its echo Systems on Issuing and Acquiring. Support the Business as usual operations and change requests pertaining to the Cards and its related systems, including managing the 24x7 card and its related platform.
Key Tasks and Duties:
- Plan, design, modify, develop, and implement card related projects and change requests.
- Active monitoring and report of system performance and ensure system availability with agreed service levels.
- Suggesting ways to improve the efficiency, productivity, operating costs etc. by proper utilization of technology.
- Act as the technical architect for new any functionalities being enabled in the system and they are line with Standards and Procedures set by ITD.
- Conduct on-going gap analysis and share results with team members on addressing it.
- Execute maintenance and change requests according to Change Management Process. Upgrade application according to the vendor/supplier specifications.
- Ensure that relevant documentations, policies, and procedure related to Development Projects, Change Control, Access, and Security are maintained and applied to all day-to-day activities related to Applications and their Platforms.
- Ensure adequate service is provided with respect to the support of Business Systems and the support is carried out within the service levels agreements
- Pursue up-to-date knowledge of emerging technology trends and developments in areas of interest to the organization.
- Analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide status reports where required.
Qualifications:
- Fresh Graduate in Computer Science or Relevant.
