As an L&D Specialist, you will drive impactful learning experiences across our real estate, retail, entertainment and hospitality sectors. This role is perfect for a seasoned L&D professional with a minimum of 5 years' experience who thrives on enhancing employee growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Design and implement training programs aligned with business objectives, focusing on skill enhancement.
- Learning Needs Analysis: Assess training needs by collaborating with department heads to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
- Content Creation: Develop and curate digital and in-person training materials, keeping content engaging and relevant to industry standards.
- Facilitation: Lead training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels, creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor and measure training effectiveness, utilizing feedback and metrics to improve program outcomes.
- Talent Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by managing talent development programs and career progression initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with department heads, HR, and external vendors to customize and deliver impactful L&D programs.
- Digital Learning: Implement and manage LMS platforms and e-learning solutions for scalable training access across all divisions.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in L&D, ideally with exposure to real estate, retail, entertainment, hospitality or in similar industry settings.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or a related field; certifications in L&D or instructional design are a plus.
