Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills.
- 3-5 Years experience within Software Development organization in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and approaches
- Understanding of business processes and functions of a software development business.
- Experience in the IT industry or related field.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management experience.
- Strong commercial Accumen.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive approach
- Strong desire to succeed.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
Customer Engagement
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing Blueberry customers.
- Conduct solution presentations and articulate the value proposition
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to onboarding.
Sales Cycle Management
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business partnerships.
Revenue Growth
- Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently driving new business opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the existing teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the client base.
