KPMG India is on the lookout to hire Talent Acquisition Executive for our risk advisory hiring team .
Location – Bangalore / Mumbai / Gurgaon
Role & responsibilities -
- Identify and attract top talent in the risk advisory field through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in risk management recruitment.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction.
What we need ?
- Grad/MBA with 2+ years of proven experience in recruiting/sourcing , preferably from consulting background . (Non tech )
- Solid stakeholder management skills .
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
