Key Aims of the role:
- Help implement the annual Marketing plan
- Support with all internal and external communications
- Help to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and maximise sales
Key responsibilities:
- Support the marketing team across all work streams in connection to the overall marketing plan
- Help to coordinate the production of effective social media communications. Including help with writing, scheduling, monitoring and reporting on the company's social media activity.
- Write copy for and create eshots that are going externally via HubSpot.
- Assist as required, with the production of all marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters etc.
- Arrange effective distribution of marketing materials.
- Coordinate the production/sourcing of content and copy for marketing material, website news, scripts and any sales specific requests through the use of internal and external resources as appropriate.
- Coordinate the production of specific campaigns with external marketing agencies in line with marketing plan.
- Help to manage the company website content to ensure relevance, optimisation, hit rate and conversion rates and update content where appropriate.
- Help with the organisation and updates to photography from internal sources.
- Assist with exhibition preparation.
- Work with the Sales team to achieve marketing tasks, incl the way distributors display and promote our brand.
- Organise print production of marketing collateral.
Requirements
- Relevant Marketing qualification or equivalent
- Experience in product marketing
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
