Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Production Supervisor to join their team in Nawalparasi, Dhakdhai . In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring quality output, and motivating a team to achieve set targets.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a production team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and development.
- Develop and implement production schedules that meet deadlines and optimize efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies within the production area.
- Conduct quality checks on manufactured products and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze production data to identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by performing regular inspections and reporting potential hazards.
- Resolve production issues promptly and effectively.
- Oversee basic maintenance of production equipment and report any necessary repairs.
- Prepare production reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
