Our client’s team is in need of efficient candidates with a high level of accuracy, excellent customer service skills, and a strong work ethic. As a Cash Support Staff, you will play a crucial role in handling payments, issuing receipts, and responding to customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Managing incoming payments and issuing receipts.
- Processing refunds and exchanges.
- Monitor financial transactions and report any discrepancies.
- Reporting any issues with equipment.
- Balancing the cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
- Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Relevant experience as a cashier or in a similar role (Fresher’s are welcome to apply).
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to work both day and night shifts on a rotational basis.
- Accountability and accuracy in reconciling receipts and records.
