Job Description

Our client’s team is in need of efficient candidates with a high level of accuracy, excellent customer service skills, and a strong work ethic. As a Cash Support Staff, you will play a crucial role in handling payments, issuing receipts, and responding to customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

Managing incoming payments and issuing receipts.
Processing refunds and exchanges.
Monitor financial transactions and report any discrepancies.
Reporting any issues with equipment.
Balancing the cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations.

Requirements

Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree.
Relevant experience as a cashier or in a similar role (Fresher’s are welcome to apply).
Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
Basic math and computer skills.
Attention to detail.
Willingness to work both day and night shifts on a rotational basis.
Accountability and accuracy in reconciling receipts and records.
