About the Position
This position is responsible to build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance. Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget. Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
Responsibilities:
- Contract Administration & Risk Management
- Plan, define, verify and control the scope of the project in order to ensure that project includes all the work required and only the work required.
- Project Pre-mobilization Preparation Support
- Supervise Planning and FEDC at site in order to ensure that it is used as a tool for controlling construction activities and related operating efficacy of the project and human resources.
- Estimate the cost of the project, and ensure that all the resources (including HR, materials, and equipment & plant) necessary for execution are within stipulated budget allocated to the project in order to control the cost of the project.
- Monitor progress of the project on daily basis by utilizing systems’ generated reports in order to ensure the timely completion of the project.
- Ensure execution of the project as per plan while taking corrective actions when required, in order to complete the project within time and budget.
- Ensure that QA/QC and HSE Procedures are implemented meticulously with necessary measures/ removal of NCR (Non Conformance Report).
- Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management procedures and guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering
Experience:
At least 20 years of experience in Oil and Gas sector, both in greenfield & brownfield construction. Experience in handling multidisciplinary projects including civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation scope of work.
Job Location: UAE
Incumbents immediately available in UAE will be preferred.
