The Business Change Manager will lead on the transformation activities for the design, implementation and adoption of the One Devon EPR across Trust sites. This is a pivotal role within the programme team ensuring the future strategic objectives of the Trust can be realised through the implementation of the EPR.
This is an exciting programme working closely with our partner organisations, Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust to implement a shared EPR across all organisations.
- The Business Change Manager is key to providing the bridge between the EPR implementation and the Trusts business operations/ Service Lines.
- The Post holder is responsible for overseeing the Change team as they work with key stakeholders to translate planned changes in clinical and / or operational workflows, and plan and implement projects to address and guide end users through the changes and to adopt the new ways of working.
- The post holder is responsible for working with the Change, Readiness and Benefits Programme Manager working across One Devon to ensure that programme wide standard approaches to Change Management are adopted
- The post holder is responsible for working with the Benefits Lead to ensure that benefits are identified and change plans are implemented which will enable delivery of the benefits.
- The post holder is responsible for assuring the EPR Operations Director, Change, Readiness and Benefits Programme Manager and EPR Programme Board on the progress of change projects under its governance by leading an organisational readiness assessment and business assurance process
