Opal BioPharma, a pioneering biopharmaceutical company in Muscat, Oman, is seeking a talented and ambitious Operations Manager to join our team. As a company focused on the development and production of biosimilars and gene therapies, we are looking for a driven individual to support our growth and enhance our core operational functions.
As our Operations Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership, ensuring the smooth execution of manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse management, inventory control, and secondary packaging operations. This role is ideal for a candidate eager to contribute to operational excellence and to grow with the company as we expand our impact in the biopharma industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage secondary packaging processes, meeting quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and R&D teams for technology transfer and product scale-up.
- Optimize inventory practices and support automation to enhance productivity.
- Assist with logistics and procurement to maintain smooth material flow.
- Drive cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in biopharma operations (manufacturing, quality, or warehouse management).
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of GMP compliance and biopharma production requirements.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
