Administrative Assistant to join the transport compliance team.
Location: Mick George Head Office – Huntingdon
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm
Pay: To be discussed at an interview

The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing administrative support to management, assisting in daily office tasks, and managing general administrative activities. We are seeking someone who can work independently and work well in a team in a busy fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Organise meetings and take detailed minutes
- Manage email inboxes
- Write and distributing emails
- Drafting memos, letters and other correspondence
- Completing forms
- Communicate delegation of tasks
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain databases
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Check and process invoices
- Act as a point of contact for key supply chain and clients
Requirements And Skills
- Previous experience as a Secretary, Administrative, Personal or Executive Assistant would be preferential
- Experience in a Transport/Logistics or Financial role would also be advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels, both internally and externally
- High standard of numeracy and literacy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
