An aggressive expansion program together with acquisitions in new vertical markets have created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group.
About the Role:
Core purpose of the role is to review, analyse, regulate system generated depot fresh orders daily and fulfil related supportive assignments leading to continuous and optimized supply & allocation of Almarai fresh dairy, fresh juice, bakery fresh & grocery products to all category of routes in operation at the depot. Monitor and coordinate with logistics for maintaining desired levels of depot-stock of all long-life SKUs.
Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:
- To hold a bachelor’s degree/ Graduate in Commerce, Mathematics.
- 2 years management experience in business administration – FMCG.
- Excellent MS Office Skills (Especially advanced excel, Power point and Power BI will be an added advantage)
- Basic knowledge of production, and product profitability and promotional impact on commercial side of the business.
- Knowledge on sales coordination activities and on sales trends, competitor activities, market execution.
- Ability to set goals & objectives and accomplish task on strict timeline and proactive in setting direction & decision making.
- High numerical & analytical, significant level of evaluative, judgment and innovative thinking to analyze, interpret and conclude business issues and business cases.
- Positive thinker, honest, reliable, good communication skills, hardworking & self-motivator with drive to improve and team player.
- Coaching skills for the development of new recruits. and experience on Team management.
- Good communication skills
- Excellent Mathematical ability and Analytical experience.
- Excellent written & spoken English.
- Driving license.
