Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment processes, experience in managing high-volume hiring, and a passion for attracting top talent across sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various functions, with a focus on high-volume and niche tech roles.
- End-to-End Hiring: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with business leaders and HR partners to understand hiring needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to Xiaomi’s employer branding initiatives, ensuring we are positioned as an employer of choice.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize analytics and recruitment metrics to drive decision-making and improve recruitment efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the technology or consumer electronics sector.
- Recruitment Expertise: Strong expertise in both high-volume hiring and specialized, Non-tech recruitment.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Tools & Systems: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR software, and recruitment tools.
- Immediate Availability: Candidates who can join immediately are highly preferred.
