The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring efficient operation and management of the CEO's office. This role involves handling sensitive information, managing the CEO's schedule, and acting as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure the CEO's calendar is up-to-date and conflicts are resolved.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.
- Prepare agendas, briefings, and materials for meetings.
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
- Manage office supplies and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare travel expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
