POSITION’S OBJECTIVE: (Brief on position’s objective)
Assist in business generation (revenue), report generation and commercial tie ups
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Franchise MIS - Primary, Secondary Sale reports weekly, monthly and quarterly. Compilation of L2L growth, KPI and space efficiency report.
- Compilation of business presentation and updates for RA
- Coordinating with the departments /regions for the Site to Store Tracker update and MOM
- Franchise store sign up - A/c opening form, Store proposal, Store layout and Auto Cad, Base Stock Category mix compilation for initiating store design and drawing up legal agreement.
- Managing franchise enquires received from the portal and maintaining the database and coordinating with regional teams on constructive leads
- Market Mapping for new store expansion and benchmarking with brands as Bata, Lenskart & Lakme to ensure brand presence in all the Tier 2 & 3 cities of India.
- Coordination for implementing the omni channel in franchise stores
- Support to other businesses/departments as per requirement
- Managing all above end to end
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Graduate with 2-4 years of work experience as Business Coordinator in Retail industry
