Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Acquisition
Identify and onboard candidates for job vacancies using various sourcing techniques.
Actively engage with job seekers through social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
Webinars and Live Sessions
Host engaging webinars and live sessions on platforms like LinkedIn Live, YouTube Live, Facebook Live, and TikTok Live.
Share valuable insights on career growth, job preparation, and specific job opportunities to attract candidates.
Candidate Screening
Shortlist candidates based on job suitability and client requirements.
Ensure only relevant and qualified applications are presented to clients for consideration.
Vacancy Closure
Take full responsibility for closing client job vacancies by managing sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Meet client expectations by ensuring timely and accurate placement of candidates.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with Sales Executives and Telecaller teams to align candidate profiles with client needs.
Maintain open and effective communication with clients to gather feedback and provide updates.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, webinar attendance, and successful placements.
Regularly update clients and internal teams on progress related to candidate sourcing and vacancy closures.

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for hosting webinars and live sessions.
Proficiency with social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
