Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will play a vital role in establishing operational excellence within the resort and ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for our guests from day one. This position demands a dynamic individual with a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail.

ROLE

Oversee daily operations, including staffing, service delivery, and guest satisfaction, ensuring adherence to JW Marriott standards
Collaborate with department heads to create and implement operational strategies that enhance overall efficiency
Drive a culture of service excellence, inspiring and training staff to exceed guest expectations
Engage with guests, addressing feedback and ensuring positive experiences throughout their stay
Support the pre-opening team with operational setups, staff hiring, and training initiatives

Requirements

Degree in Hospitality or similar
Previous relevant experience in luxury hospitality
English language
