**Full-Time | Monday - Sunday**

**Hourly Rate: Up to 11.90**

**Temporary Position: 3 Months**

**Based in Kilmarnock**

I am seeking several Customer Service Advisors for an exciting company during their peak season!

Key Responsibilities

Responding to emails in a shared inbox
Engaging with customers via live chat
Handling inbound calls and inquiries
Resolving various issues and questions
Following up on orders and processing refunds

What You'll Need To Apply

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong background in customer service
Flexibility to work varying shifts
Ability to start immediately
Proficiency with various IT systems
