manufacturing.

 Oversee, direct, and support the production panel sorting teams.

 Assistant Operators in the measurement of density, gel time, cream time, and

other characteristics.

 Communicate with operators on how to eliminate production flaws

 In accordance with the Test Inspection Plan, measure the final goods

parameters such as line dimensions, cutting, batch code monitoring, and so on.

 Check to ensure that the batch codes of RM mentioned in the production

reports are correct.

 Able to perform manufacturing process audits and communicate results to plant

managers

 Capable of demonstrating work and explaining work to internal/external

auditors.

 Ensure that the raw materials used in production are not expired.

 Assist in production trials and produce a complete trail report covering flow

rates, pressure characteristics, and so on.

 Provide a defect report with the cause for rejection in daily production.

 Coordinate with the lab assistant for trial panel isolation and testing.

 In charge of asset protection in manufacturing connected to testing (Vernier,

infrared thermometer, etc.)

 Discuss the client issue with the production team and present the root cause

and resolution.

 Confirming that the formulas, raw materials, and other materials used in

manufacturing are in accordance with the certifying authority.

 Check the embossed foil quality after embossing.

 In production, record the in process data such as flow rate, pressure,

temperature, and so on.

 Keeping production reference panels for each shift

 Notify the Assistant QA Officer if any deviations in RM are discovered during

production.
