To stock the materials received from vendors properly as to ensure easy access identification, verification, handling, maintenance etc. To ensure proper stocking of materials by using appropriate method of care and preservation to avoid any damage and loss. To ensure a smooth issue of materials to the issue department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Managing Warehouse operations & Stock inventory.

· Arrangements of Export & Local deliveries and import offloading materials.

· Materials receiving & GRL & GRI

· Materials requisition (Stock & non-stock items).

· Attendance/Overtime details verification

· Panel Stocking space/shifting.

· Month End Stock Check.

· Purchase Requests.

· Quantity & quality control and follow up with authorized departments.

· Maintain the professional image of the company at all times with customers.

· Managing & arranging man power allocations & duties

· Generate MRP, MRI, MII, LTO & LTI for material.

· Committing annual/monthly/Weekly reports generation.

Weekly operations meeting.

· Petty Cash handling.

· Scrap sale co-ordinate & Loading arrangement

· Vehicle maintenance
