Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in posting job vacancies and managing the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare and distribute offer letters and employment contracts.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and induction programs.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Process employee requests related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including medical insurance and leave management.
- Prepare and manage HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, letters, and memos.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely assistance.
- Support the organization and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, escalating to HR management when necessary.
Training & Development:
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions and programs for employees.
- Maintain training records and track employee participation and progress.
- Assist in identifying training needs and opportunities for employee development.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in an HR role or internship, preferably in the UAE.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
