This is an exciting new opportunity within the Integrated Stroke Early Supported Discharge, Community Neuro Rehabilitation Service & Acquired Brain Injury Pathway. We are seeking a highly motivated Administrator/Data Coordinator. The service provides both stroke & community neuro rehabilitation, and the placement of patients with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI) into Non-NHS funded environments, supporting service users with a variety of complex needs.

The successful candidate will be managed by our SSNAP (Sentinel Stroke National Audit Programme) Coordinator. The role will require collection & inputting of service data onto a national database & to work in partnership with the ABI Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of the Level 2 ABI Pathway.

This role requires the successful candidate to provide administration support to the countywide service, liaising with clinicians & service users to ensure an effective, efficient & streamlined service.

Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence* and have use of a vehicle. You cannot use public transport for this role as this is not a reliable form of transport and will not allow you to meet service needs. The post holder will have excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills. They will have the necessary skills to ensure data, and spreadsheets are maintained and kept up to date in a timely manner.
