Job Purpose

Leading the community relations team planning for the community outreach programs and coordinating special events that will influence public opinion or promote products, services, or ideas of RCU. In addition, to lead effectively on the communication with the community in AlUla, Khaybar and Tayma and RCU.

Functional Responsibilities

1 Day-to-day interface with predefined locations and community relations related to the operation in AlUla, Khaybar and Tayma.

2- Report on commitment fulfillment and progress to management as required.

3- implement the RCU engagement plan and ensure it succeeds by tracking, monitoring, and updating plans as required

4- Monitor and check the Social risk and social incident management.

5- Builds and maintains relationships with members of the community

6- Respond to inquiries from community members and other interested parties when needed.

7- Building the suitable channel and messaging for each segment

8- Prepare and Submit frequent sentiment reports.

9- Effectively leading the community relations team and looking after the quality of their delivery.

Qualifications:

Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Social Work, or a related field

Work Experience

8 years of relevant experience.

Other Requirements

Written and Oral proficiency of Arabic & English languages.
Excellent communication skills.
