Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Manage the Executives calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports for the Executives.
Handle correspondence on behalf of the Executives, ensuring timely responses.
Administrative Management: Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and task completion.
Plan and execute office-related projects and initiatives as directed.
Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all required materials are prepared.
Record and circulate minutes of meetings, tracking follow-ups and action items.
Communication Liaison: Act as a bridge between the Executives and other stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication.
Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and requests.
Travel Management: Organize complex travel itineraries, including visas, accommodations, and transportation.
Ensure seamless execution of travel plans with attention to detail.

Desired Candidate Profile

Should be a Bachelor degree holder.
Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Minimum experience should not be less than 7 years with similar role.
Experience in working closely with senior executives is highly desirable.
Must have an excellent control over Arabic and English language read, write and speaking along with translation.
Must have computer skills along with good typing speed in Arabic & English.
Have a pleasant personality and be confident when dealing with people.
