Grandseal, a leading supplier of building materials in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. If you have a strong accounting background, 5+ years of experience in the building materials industry, and proficiency in ERP systems, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and the general ledger.
Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
Monitor inventory costs, sales, and budgets for accurate financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage external audits.
Maintain and optimize ERP systems to enhance financial efficiency.
Provide actionable financial insights to assist senior management in strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on the building materials or similar industries. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Strong understanding of inventory management, cost analysis, and financial reporting.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
