Job Position: Recruitment Officer (ISP Company)

Salary: Gross 30k

Academic Qualification: Bachelors in Business Administration or related field

Experience: 2 years in recruitment

Job Overview:

The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing recruitment, job postings, interview scheduling, employee resignations, clearance, and overall HR operations. This role demands a proactive and organized individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with regional managers, branch managers, and regional HR to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews and manage the selection process.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and department heads.
Ensure a seamless interview process by providing necessary information and support to both candidates and interviewers.
Follow up with candidates regarding their interview status and next steps.
Process employee resignations and conduct exit interviews to gather constructive feedback.
Manage clearance procedures, including the return of company assets and the settlement of final payments.
Ensure compliance with legal and company policies during the offboarding process.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Perform other assigned HR activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
