The candidate, reporting to the Finance Manager, will be assigned to the Accounting team and will work closely with the Financial Statement & Tax Manager in keeping the accounting.
The selected candidate will also participate in the quarterly and annual accounting closing activities and in the management of the Iraqi branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounting and finance activities as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Payroll, Cash and Currency control; making sure that all the balances are correct.
- Maintain current bank accounts.
- Support the preparation of the annual statutory financial statement and the review on a quarterly basis of the country’s operational results.
- Ensure finance support to all the business line.
- Participate to the Iraqi branch management.
Education & Experience:
- University Degree preferably Economics/Business and/or Administration/Accounting
- 5 years’ experience in Industrial multinational companies
- Sound experience in reporting in IFRS.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, plan, organize, prioritize and delegate appropriately.
- Professional working proficiency in English required.
- Professional working proficiency in other languages will be a plus.
