Our client is a Facilities Management company based in Oman and they are currently seeking a General Manager to be based in Oman. The General Manager must cultivate partnerships with businesses to attract new residents and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the village’s operations, facility management, entertainment, and safety/security.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery and resident satisfaction.
- Ensure that residents have access to a wide range of services, including dining, recreational activities, fitness facilities, and entertainment options.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue generation.
- Engage with local and international companies to market the village as a preferred accommodation option for their employees.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Strong understanding of facility management processes, operational efficiency, and marketing principles
- Experienced in operations management, hospitality, or residential facility management.
- Proven track record in commercial management, marketing, and business development.
- Experience managing large-scale facilities or residential communities.
