Role Statement
To support existing customers and increase the number of corporate clients in liabilities through effective relationship management and utilization of the B2B platform. The role involves promoting liability products, managing portfolios, acquiring new clients, and contributing to the growth of the Bank’s corporate banking business while ensuring strong customer engagement and satisfaction.
Principal Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Acquire new corporate banking clients by identifying prospects in defined markets and converting them to B2B platform users.
- Drive client acquisition strategies to expand the bank's footprint in targeted industries and markets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for customer acquisition.
Liabilities Portfolio Growth
- Promote the bank’s liability products to increase the deposits portfolio through effective sales and marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve budgeted liabilities targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Manage relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure retention and enhance "stickiness" to the B2B platform.
- Maximize profitability from customer accounts while adhering to the bank’s credit and risk management policies.
- Establish and nurture account relationships with new borrowing and non-borrowing clients.
Cross-Selling and Market Representation
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell the bank’s products and services to corporate clients, ensuring comprehensive financial solutions.
- Represent the bank positively in the market to enhance its reputation and attract new business opportunities.
Customer Service and Reporting
- Prepare timely, high-quality reports on B2B progress and customer engagement activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, relationship management, and IT, to address and resolve customer service issues efficiently.
- Assist in the migration of corporate clients to the B2B platform, ensuring seamless onboarding.
Process Innovation, Automation, and Digitalization
- Review and enhance processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation and digitalization to strengthen governance, control, and productivity.
Business Control and Governance
- Apply knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry compliance standards to maintain operational integrity.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks within the department, aligning with the bank’s policies and objectives.

B2B Platform Management
- Support the bank’s overall business plan by enhancing the experience of existing B2B users.
- Manage relationships with corporate clients on the B2B platform to maximize account profitability.
- Successfully onboard and integrate corporate clients onto the B2B platform.
Candidate Specifications
- University degree in Business / Marketing or related disciplines
- + 3 years of experience in Corporate Banking or Sales in a bank
- Knowledge of Corporate Banking Products, Team Management, Financial Analysis, Business Development, Credit Documentation/ Legal aspects, Cross Selling and Penetration of Digital Products
