Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and implementing new Infrastructure technologies that improve IT infrastructure and support the organization's business goals.
- Implementation of all Infrastructure services related to customers’ projects.
- Successful service delivery, SLA achievement, and high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide and review process controls to ensure all SLAs are consistently met.
- Align with strategic objectives and identify system automation opportunities by driving scalability or efficiency goals within the organization. In addition, provide thought leadership in conjunction with IT and Operations to inject innovative solutions into automation opportunities.
- Develop requirements and standard operating procedures to streamline deployments of Infrastructure Solutions and Projects.
- Collaborate with the Professional Services team, Solution Architecture, and vendor design engineers to ensure Infrastructure solutions implementations and usability in best practice and provide appropriate performance support in the delivery.
- Develop and manage the pipeline of Infrastructure Solutions and Services opportunities to drive demand and project backlog for Services resources.
- Investigate, evaluate, and recommend new Infrastructure solutions development tools and best practices.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of our Always On Infrastructure solution in an effective and expedient manner.
- Ensure Security baselines to be implemented during the implementation of the Infrastructure Solutions and Projects.
- Ensure Infrastructure Configuration protection and high availability implementation of all solutions and services.
- Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide critical issue management, and balance trade-offs to maximize business value.
- Ensure all Infrastructure devices and solutions are up to date.
- Provide and report capacity planning for all Infrastructure solutions and devices.
- Provide maintenance planning for all infrastructure devices and services.
- Perform drill test activities to ensure all environments are in high availability and functioning well.
- Ensure Disaster recovery planning and documentation are set up and updated for all ODP solutions and customers.
- Work closely with the Cyber Security Department to achieve ODP environment and customers are fully secured.
- Work closely with the sales and presales team to manage the development of the scope of work of solutions and projects.
- Partner with field customer service representatives to ensure service deliverables meet ODP and customer needs.
- Provide regular status of all development efforts to stakeholders.
- Establish content development standards applying adult learning theory.
- Develop Solutions documentation to gauge implementation and operation engineers’ level of understanding.
- Ensure all Infrastructure Solutions objectives are met by the solutions and sales team in achieving the highest level of client satisfaction.
- Work with our sales and client services team to ensure projects are properly scoped and can be delivered successfully to the client.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors regarding technology currently in use or of potential value to the organization.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to the infrastructure and systems portfolio in line with ODP’s Roadmap.
- Excellent cloud Infrastructure, and troubleshooting skills.
- High levels of business acumen with an understanding of company & and business strategy, operating environment, and business objectives.
- Up-to-date with the latest Infrastructure technology.
- Ability to confidentially and discreetly handle subject matters requiring privacy and sensitivity.
- Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
- Ability to prepare clear and concise reports, correspondence, policies, procedures, and other written materials.
- Ability to conduct complex research projects, evaluate alternatives, make sound recommendations, and prepare effective technical reports to staff and board members.

- VMware: vCloud Director, vSphere V6.x & V7.0: Implementation and Administration.
- Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 & 2022: Implementation and Administration.
- Hyper-V, MS Exchange, MS SharePoint, MS SQL, and Office 365: Installation and Administration.
- Migration of MS Exchange from on-premises to Cloud.
- OS upgrade from legacy to supported versions.
- Linux Server (e.g., CentOS, Oracle, Redhat): Implementation and Administration.
- Proxmox Virtualization Implementation and Administration.
- Veeam Backup and Replication: Installation and Administration.
- Hardware experience fixing and replacement of faulty parts.
- Storage Solutions experience Block/File and storage protocols vSAN, SAN, NFS, and SMB/CIFS.
- Always keeping up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and developments.
- Network understanding (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, Switches, Routers, Firewall.
- Willingness to walk the extra mile in our overall challenging environment On- and Off-Premise
- Ability to work on shift and On-call after working hours.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent is a must.
- Relevant certification is preferred (e.g. VMware VCP, MCSA, RHCSA).
- At least 5 years of related experience preferably within the same industry.
