Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented
Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have at least
3 years of experience editing high-quality videos for marketing, social media, events, or corporate content. You should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to bring concepts to life through engaging and visually appealing video content.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, social media, corporate communications, and events.
- Assemble raw footage, apply transitions, color corrections, and sound effects to create polished final products.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to understand project objectives and deliver videos that align with brand identity and messaging.
- Integrate motion graphics, text overlays, and special effects as required.
- Organize and maintain a library of video assets and archives.
- Stay updated with video editing trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas and creativity to projects.
- Ensure all videos are optimized for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications And Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience in motion graphics and animation is a plus (using After Effects or similar tools).
- Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Knowledge of color grading, sound editing, and video optimization for different platforms.
- Familiarity with video formats, codecs, and exporting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and take creative feedback constructively.
