Job Summary
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Assistant Project Manager to support our Project Management Office (PMO) in managing various projects and tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, project management knowledge, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the PMO in planning, coordinating, and executing tasks across projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations using tools like Confluence and other documentation software.
- Coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely completion of requirements and deliverables.
- Assist in preparing new project proposals, RFPs, and tender documents.
- Ensure compliance with submission guidelines and organizational policies.
- Conduct research and analyze data to support project planning and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 01 - 03 years of experience in project coordination, project management, preferably in the IT or software development industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills, with the ability to create high-quality reports and presentations.
- Willingness to travel intercity for tender and RFP correspondence.
