Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in administrative roles, in a tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in an administrative role supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing projects and events from planning to execution.
- Experience in calendar management over international time zones, and travel scheduling and booking, and efficient budgeting of events.
- Experience in working on multiple priorities independently, with project management skills to support the organization or office site.
- Ability to navigate an environment to collaborate and communicate across a range of people and job functions.

Responsibilities
- Manage schedules to ensure priorities are reflected, scheduling conflicts are minimised, and travel is efficient.
- Build and maintain a working relationship with each leader, alongside building effective relationships with stakeholders. Think ahead, handle priorities, anticipate needs and future challenges and propose solutions to enable decision making.
- Act as the point of contact, to help maintain connections with Executive Leadership, Board Leads, and others, fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Support with operational tasks and processes suggest ideas for continuous improvement to increase efficiencies. Draft and send out team communications. Organize and execute internal and external events for business and team.
- Support meetings by circulating agendas, capturing notes, collating and tracking deliverables to ensure actions are followed up on and completed.
