We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant to support our team . In this role, you will assist with processing domestic and international shipments, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with policies.
- Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely processing of payments and documents
- Monitor and track shipping documents to ensure compliance with trade finance agreements
- Prepare regular reports on activities for management review
- Assist with resolving any discrepancies or issues related to transactions
- Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in similar role
- Familiarity with BL, Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment and meet deadlines
