Assist in the preparation and update of financial strategies.
Prepare financial reports, studies, and research to support strategic financial decisions.
Ensure proper posting of financial transactions to the general ledger and sub-financial systems.
Assist in managing the closure of financial periods, including reconciliations and adjustments.
Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Conduct account reconciliations and align bank statements with organization records.
Review financial agreements and memorandums to ensure compliance with regulations.
Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with audit findings.
Maintain financial information systems and databases for efficient report preparation.
Provide support for special financial projects to achieve project objectives.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance financial process efficiency.
Organizational
Contribute to recruitment, identify, and address training needs, and conduct performance evaluations to motivate and foster a high-performance culture.
Ensure adherence to the policies and procedures of health, safety, and environment within own section.
Prepare periodic & ad hoc reports and share them with relevant stakeholders for review and decision-making as requested.
Ensure understanding, and adherence to the information security policies and procedures related to their day-to-day activities and safeguard information assets from unauthorized access (disclosure, modification, and destruction).
Reduce the department’s Risks by closing all audit findings from different entities such as IAD, FAD, ISR, ISO and other certificates, …etc. in line with the agreed deadlines related to the section.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
Experience Required
Education Qualification & Certifications
Required (Min. Experience): 4 years of experience in financial management.
Preferred: Experience in international and local financial reporting standards.
Required (Min. Qualification): Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/ Business Administration or a related field.
Preferred: Professional accounting certification (CPA, CA, CIMA, ACCA) or an equivalent certification.
